All mystery boxes are sold “as-is” and may contain assorted, overstock, returned, unclaimed, or undeliverable merchandise. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to purchase these items at your own discretion.

No Order Cancellations or Changes

Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled, modified, edited, or refunded. Please review your order details, shipping information, and payment method carefully before completing checkout.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing from Pretty Girl Hidden Gems, you agree not to file chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with your bank, credit card provider, PayPal, Cash App, or any payment processor.

Any chargeback or dispute initiated after agreeing to these terms may be considered a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to submit all order records, tracking information, proof of delivery, customer communications, and acceptance of terms to the payment processor to dispute and challenge the claim.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in refusal of future service and may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Shipping, Lost Packages & Damaged Items

We carefully package all orders before shipment. However, once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost shipments, stolen packages, or damage caused during transit.

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
